About us

We exist so no one should have to start from zero and spend years searching for answers — again.

If you’re living with endo or adeno, you already know how this goes. For years you were probably told that the pain was normal, that it was all in your head, that you simply needed to cope. In India it can take years to get past that and reach an actual diagnosis, and even when it finally arrives, it doesn’t come with a plan. Almost overnight, you become the one lining up the surgeon, the physio, the food, the therapist, the paperwork, and the tracking — coordinating your own care on the days when you can barely stand up.

That’s what Endo Circle India is here for. We’re a community for women living with endometriosis and adenomyosis, where you’ll find care you can trust, tools to make sense of your body, and people beside you who don’t need it explained.

From the founder

Hi and welcome!

I was 22, admitted to A&E barely conscious, when someone finally said the word endometriosis to me. For almost 10 years before that, I was told the period pain (which was enough to make me faint btw) was normal. I was asked to freeze my eggs and put on hormonal medication to dissolve a 7cm cyst, which wrecked me and pushed my body into early menopause. It took months of being on different lines of ineffective treatment with insane side effects and researching the hell out of this condition to find the right doctor, who finally gave me relief from the pain with a laparoscopic surgery.

5 years on, I'm still learning something new about endo every day. Finding a good surgeon, getting the surgery done and recovering from it was only 1 year in this very long journey. What happens after — the food intolerances, the constant fatigue and the grief of losing control over your own body — is where most of us are left on our own.

So here's a space to make it a little less lonely — whether you're just starting to figure this out or you've been carrying it alone all these years. You're in the right place.
